Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-21
These terms govern your use of the LlamaNexus proxy, WebUI, and VS Code extension (together, the "Software") and the account/billing system at this site (the "Service"), operated by MakerShop, business ID 2773224-4, registered at Ihastjärventie 40 B, 50970 Mikkeli, Finland ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Software, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Usage Policy.
1. The Service
The Software runs entirely on hardware you control - it proxies requests to a language model you run yourself. This site provides account registration/login, plan/billing management, and license-key issuance used to enforce plan limits (how many proxy, WebUI, and VS Code installs your plan allows).
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password and license key confidential. You're responsible for all activity registered under your account and license key.
3. Plans and billing
- New accounts start on a 14-day Trial, from the date the account was created - not renewable by downgrading back to it.
- Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your account page or Stripe's Billing Portal; access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Prices shown on the account page are informational - the amount actually charged is whatever Stripe Price is configured for your plan/interval at checkout time.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact us at info@makershop.fi.
4. License keys and install limits
Your license key registers proxy/WebUI/VS Code installs against the limits of your current plan. Deliberately working around those limits (e.g. sharing a key across more installs than your plan allows, or bypassing the license check) is a breach of these terms - see our Usage Policy for specifics.
5. Acceptable use
Use of the Service and Software is subject to our Usage Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Availability
The Software runs on your own infrastructure, so its availability is largely up to you. We make a reasonable effort to keep the account/billing Service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software and Service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software or Service, including anything generated by a model you run through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Usage Policy, with notice where reasonably possible.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
